Year-low price, but this drop is already 10 days old
Out of 29 events observed, the price really dropped 6 times, by about 28.1 % on average. In 2 cases, the price had climbed about 90.3 % in the two weeks before.
The current price sits 53% below the usual price of $38.82, a reference value calculated over 365 days. It is also the lowest price of the year: it has never been lower in that period. The high reached $59.31.
One caveat: the low has been hit twice and held for only 7 days in total. Drops below the usual price are rare (2 over the year, median length 10 days), and this one has already run 10 days, so it has reached its typical length. During sales events, a true discount showed up only 6 times out of 29.
If you need these bags, this is the best price on record and it could rise without notice. Waiting for a lower price is unlikely to pay off, since $18.14 has never been beaten. The price is calm (it changes every 15 days on average), but this window could close soon.
